At the CES, the Group will also present a number of innovations, incorporating artificial intelligence among other technologies, to address the transformation and the challenges of all forms of mobility, particularly sustainable mobility.
The global offer One4you and exterior of vehicles
OPmobility will present One4you, its new global offer which combines the Group’s expertise in exterior body systems, lighting, modules and OP’nSoft, its entity which develops software for its products and services. This new “all-in-one” offering will provide our customers with custom-made technological solutions which offer new design options and simplify and speed up our customers’ production processes while bringing operational efficiency and agility.
At the CES, OPmobility will also present bumpers and tailgates with integrated sensors and made from sustainable materials. In lighting, the Group will present differentiating design solutions offering new security features. In particular, the Group will showcase the first headlights integrating the ADB technology (Adaptive Driving Beam) which allows to illuminate other vehicles without dazzling their drivers), specially designed for the North American market and the first mass-produced RGB (Red Green Blue) automotive system, which allows to feature a wide spectrum of colors and dynamic animations.
Thanks to its technical mastery of the development, assembly and logistics of complex modules, OPmobility is able to simplify its customers’ production processes. At the CES in Las Vegas, OPmobility will present its modular solutions for the front-end of vehicles, which can be produced in tens of thousands of versions, depending on the customer’s requirement.
Sustainable mobility
OPmobility will present its powertrain solutions for all types of mobility (combustion engines with depollution systems, hybrid, battery or hydrogen-powered electric vehicles), as well as hybridization solutions for internal combustion engines and hydrogen-powered vehicles. These solutions are designed for both passenger cars and heavy-duty vehicles (trucks, buses, trains). The Group will also present efficient and durable fuel cell systems, high-pressure hydrogen tank systems for heavy-duty mobility, and electricity storage management systems.
OP’nSoft
The creation of OP’nSoft, OPmobility’s software development entity for its products and services, was announced at CES 2023. At the CES 2025, OP’nSoft will notably present its Digital Twin, which simulates the development of its battery and hydrogen management systems. Using advanced data collection, real-time monitoring and predictive analysis, this solution enables equipment manufacturers and vehicle fleet operators to optimize these systems’ performance and cost of use and to extend their lifespan. At the CES 2025, OP’nSoft will also present its partnership with WedoLow, whose solution optimizes software performance and efficiency. As a result, this solution reduces the energy consumption and memory usage of OP’nSoft’s software while improving execution speed.
Artificial Intelligence
At the CES in Las Vegas, OPmobility will also demonstrate how Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a key part in its development, enabling the Group to accelerate innovation in four specific areas: product design, transformation of development processes, operational excellence and predictive maintenance. The Group will also present its AI-related collaborations with the specialist start-ups Dessia, Neural Concept and Innodura.
