The German drive expert NORD DRIVESYSTEMS, one of the world market leaders in its field, has developed two-stage helical bevel gear units in open or closed washdown design. The robust and very lightweight aluminum gearboxes can be cleaned very easily – cleaning liquids wash off in all installation positions. The washdown gearboxes are especially suitable for high-hygiene applications and for mobile use where their light weight saves energy. They are available in five frame sizes with torques from 90 to 660 Nm.
