CIAT equips TQ Plaza in Budva, Montenegro

CIAT was selected to fit out TQ Plaza, located in the heart of the old town of Budva, Montenegro. This prestigious building with 55,000 m² of floor space over 7 storeys comprises not only luxury apartments, but also a shopping centre with a large number of shops, banks, restaurants and bars, a health club, a library and a cinema. Inspired by the ocean, the building is designed in the shape of three ships lying at anchor and pointing out to sea. TQ Plaza has been built using materials of the highest quality and fitted with cutting-edge systems.

The complete “turnkey” system supplied by CIAT made a crucial difference: ultra-silent comfort units (452 UTA Compact), Residenciat grilles, ducts and dampers (536 zones), air handling units (11 Climaciat Airtech) and chillers (6 Aquaciat Power and Aquaciat 2). The total investment for this equipment works out at more than 1 million euros. The system was switched on in April 2011.
