Delta, a global leader in power management and smart green solutions, will present its next-generation of highly integrated high-voltage DC power distribution, advanced precision cooling, and networking solutions for AI data centers at the OCP Global Summit 2025. Key features of the showcase include complete power solutions for both 800 VDC and ±400 VDC power architectures, the newly-launched liquid-to-liquid (L2L) CDU with 2,000kW of cooling capacity for new AI data centers, the new 300kW liquid-to-air (L2A) CDU for retrofitted AI data centers, and the new 1.6T Ethernet Switches for ultra-low latency in GPU-based systems, all of which empower AI data centers to achieve unprecedented scalability, energy efficiency, and sustainability while reducing total cost of ownership.

As a uniquely diversified and flexible solutions provider, Delta will also present state-of-the-art high voltage (HV) power solutions for a wide range of high-density, megawatt-scale AI data centers, either based on the next-generation 800 VDC architecture, and for those based on ±400 VDC power:
- For 800 VDC environments, Delta’s new Solid-State Transformer (SST) converts medium voltage AC to 800 VDC with up to 98.5% energy conversion efficiency. Moreover, the 1MW-scale In-Row Power is a hyperscale-ready power system offering multiple 106kW HVDC Power Shelves to solve the challenge of limited space and higher power rack needs. The new Energy Variance Appliance (EVA) Rack is conceived to maintain a limited peak-to-average AC input current ratio while enabling energy storage to smoothen GPU peak loads, with efficiency up to 97% at full load. The solution also includes Delta’s Power Capacitance System to stabilize GPU-based servers with up to 10 seconds of power backup.
- For ±400 VDC power environments, Delta offers an integrated solution scalable up to 2.4MW and featuring an In-Row Power System with active current sharing and droop control. The solution also boasts 72kW Power Shelves to convert input 480 VAC to 50 VDC / 48 VDC outputs for seamless integration with existing 21-inch ORV3 racks, as well as 72kW Battery Backup Units (BBU) in a compact 2U form with 97.5% efficiency.
As a global leader in thermal management, Delta is showcasing a highly diverse portfolio of advanced precision cooling solutions at OCP 2025 for all kinds of AI data centers. Key showcase highlights include the new 300kW L2A coolant distribution units (CDU) with a closed-loop liquid system that eliminates the need for raised floors and expensive piping, thus ideal for retrofitted AI data centers. For brand-new AI data centers, Delta has expanded its capability in L2L CDUs with its newly launched in-row system with 2MW of cooling capacity. A broad selection of liquid cooling cold plates, and in-rack 4U and 6U CDUs with 140kW and 250kW cooling capacity respectively, are also new additions this year.
The new 1.6T Ethernet Switches for AI and GPU-based ecosystems, which offer 224G-per-lane signaling for ultra-low latency and industry-leading thermal management efficiency, are Delta’s major highlight in its networking solutions offering.

±400VDC Solution: High-Density AI Workloads
- ±400VDC In-Row Power: Delivering up to ±400VDC (800VDC) output with integrated battery and capacitor modules, In-Row Power system achieves up to 98% efficiency. Multiple racks can be connected in parallel to support IT loads up to 2.4MW, while active current sharing with droop control is enabled via inter-rack signaling.
- ORV3 Rack Power Architecture: For traditional ORV3 racks, Delta provides the 72kW Power Shelf, featuring a compact 1OU design with six 12kW power supplies. It supports AC input conversion from 480V to 50VDC / 48VDC outputs for seamless integration with existing 21-inch ORV3-conforming racks. On the other hand, Delta is expecting the upcoming HVDC architecture with its latest 108kW HVDC/DC Power Shelf. It is equipped with six 18kW power supplies and purpose-built for high voltage DC conversion into 50VDC / 48VDC outputs. It also delivers up to 98.5% efficiency to significantly minimize power losses, ideal for ±400V data center environments.
- 72 kW Battery Backup (BBU) System: Housed in a compact 2U form factor, the 72kW BBU is an ideal solution for AI data centers. With 97.5% efficiency and UL9540A certification, it delivers reliable performance while enabling significant OPEX and carbon savings.
Integrated 800VDC Ecosystem: Powering the Next Generation of Data Centers
- Energy Variance Appliance (EVA/Sidecar PCS) Rack: The EVA Rack (Sidecar PCS Rack) is the foundation of Delta’s 800VDC architecture, engineered to stabilize and protect GPU-driven infrastructures. It is designed to maintain a limited peak-to-average AC input current ratio, eliminating overshoots and undershoots while using energy storage to smooth GPU peak load profiles, achieving high efficiency of up to 97% at full load.
- In-Rack AI Power Solution: Delta’s AI-integrated solution for GPU-optimized deployments includes a 19-inch, 1 RU 90kW HVDC/DC Power Shelf that converts 800VDC to 50VDC with up to 98% efficiency and 180% transient response. Another hero is the Power Capacitance Shelf (PCS). With built-in supercapacitors, the PCS is designed specifically to smooth AC-side load current fluctuations, helping stabilize the input supply, while also providing up to 10 seconds backup power during outages. Combining the HVDC/DC Power Shelf and the PCS, the solution is available to support either existing AC-50VDC racks or HVDC racks.
- 800 VDC In-Row Power: Delta’s 1MW-scale In-Row Power is a hyperscale-ready power solution designed for high-end AI data centers to deal with limited space to install more power inside computing racks. It includes multiple 106 kW HVDC Power Shelves to deliver up to 1.1 MW of in-row power delivery and support 400-480VAC input, 800 VDC output within a standard 19-inch footprint.
- Solid State Transformer (SST): Converts medium-voltage AC directly to 800VDC, creating a highly efficient backbone for next-generation AI facilities.
- HVDC Busway: A resilient, low-loss power distribution system supporting both copper and aluminum configurations, delivering scalable power across the facility.

- 300kW L2A CDU: Delta’s 300kW L2A CDU redefines data center cooling with a closed-loop liquid system that eliminates raised floors and complex piping. Designed for HPC and AI workloads, it integrates seamlessly with direct-to-chip cooling and offers flexible scalability to support the next generation of AI data centers.
- Cold Plates and In-Rack CDU: Presenting the highly efficient cold plates designed for latest generation GPU/CPU, with precision fluid control manage by the liquid-to-liquid 4U and 6U CDUs that delivers 140kW and 250kW cooling capacities respectively to enable high-density, AI-driven workloads.
- 2MW New Row Level L2L CDU: The new 2MW liquid-to-liquid CDU co-developed with a leading CSP, design with pump and driver redundancy, is engineered for peak AI performance reliably and brings row-level thermal efficiency breakthroughs for AI factories.
- Power Delivery & Thermal Components: Complementary innovations such as Core-Shell Liquid Cooled Busbars, Power Chokes, DC Fans, HVDC/DC Power Distribution Boards, and e-Fuse Modules ensure stable and efficient power delivery. Notably, the e-Fuse Module leverages SiC switch technology to achieve fault cutoff in under 3μs, minimizing downtime and enhancing system reliability.
Next-Generation AI Networking: Massive Bandwidth, Lower Energy Costs
- 1.6T Ethernet Switch (DC-9064O DLC/DC-9064O): Built on Broadcom Tomahawk6, this switch offers 224G-per-lane signaling, delivering ultra-low latency and exceptional thermal efficiency for AI and GPU clusters.
- 800G CPO Switch (DD-S64C8O): Featuring Broadcom TH5 CPO technology, this platform achieves 30% lower power consumption compared to traditional switches while enabling scalable, high-performance AI networking.
- CRPS: Delta is showcasing four Titanium-certified power supplies with up to 96% efficiency and output ranges from 1,800W to 6,600W for AI networking switches. The 6,600W model supports both 12 V and 54 V dual inputs/outputs with dual C20 connectors, enabling PDUs with C20 inlets to swap power supplies without reconfiguring the entire architecture.
- DCDC converter: Addressing the demanding DC/DC conversion requirements of AI chips, Delta presented a portfolio of converters ranging from 200W to 2,000W, achieving efficiencies up to 98.5%. This includes widely used 50V to 12V converters for AI computing equipment. Delta also highlighted its industry-leading Vertical Voltage Regulator, designed to deliver power vertically with shorter circuits to reduce power delivery network (PDN) losses in AI accelerator systems.
