AEWIN Technologies
first announces its Two-phase direct liquid cooling (2P DLC) solution at COMPUTEX 2025. From key components to full system integration, the solution is designed and manufactured in Taiwan which is poised to become the first locally developed 2P DLC solution for AI servers. AEWIN has also optimized its Two-phase immersion cooling (2PIC) solution to further enhance energy efficiency and Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), laying a solid foundation for the next generation of high-performance AI computing platforms.
AEWIN Technologies participates in the BenQ Group COMPUTEX AI WOW exhibition and exhibits performant network appliances, edge computing servers and modules on the 4th floor of Hall 1, Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center from May 20 to May 23. The booth number is M0120, and the BenQ Group companies will create a smarter and more sustainable future together.
The evolution of server cooling technology traces a path from traditional DLC, to immersion cooling, then to two-phase immersion cooling, and now to two-phase direct liquid cooling. Each step improves thermal efficiency for increasingly power-hungry CPUs and GPUs, while also optimizing energy savings to meet ESG goals in the data center industry.
As AI technologies accelerate, data centers face unprecedented challenges in power consumption and heat dissipation. At a time of rising geopolitical tensions and global trade uncertainties, localized thermal solutions that emphasize regional design and system integration offer customers enhanced service efficiency and simplified sourcing. AEWIN’s 2P DLC solution, built entirely in Taiwan—from components to final systems—aims to be the ideal cooling partner for AI server deployments.
According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), global data center electricity consumption is projected to exceed 1,000 TWh by 2026, with computing and cooling each accounting for 40% of that total. As such, advanced thermal management has become a mission-critical technology for data centers. Grand View Research forecasts that the global data center cooling market will grow at a CAGR of 16.8%, reaching USD 56.1 billion by 2030—highlighting the strategic role of thermal management plays in AI infrastructure.
Originating in the network appliance market, AEWIN recognized the surging energy demands of today’s AI-driven platforms and has been actively investing in scalable cooling solutions since 2021. In 2024, the company successfully optimized its 2PIC solution to support systems up to 100kW in a 24U chassis. Now, AEWIN is proud to become the first company in Taiwan to offer a fully integrated 2P DLC solution. AEWIN continues to lead innovation in thermal management to drive the advancement of AI platforms and green data center ecosystems.
