Delta, a global leader in power management and a provider of IoT-based smart green solutions, announced today the signing of an MOU agreement with LG Energy Solution through their U.S. energy storage division, LG Energy Solution Vertech, conceived to provide U.S. homeowners with cutting-edge all-in-one residential energy storage systems leveraging U.S.-manufactured battery cells. Under the agreement, LG Energy Solution will provide Delta with 4GWh of residential Li-ion battery cells from 2025 to 2030, which will be integrated into Delta’s upcoming All-in-One Box for U.S. homes.
Mike Wang, General Manager of Delta’s PV Inverter Business Unit, said, "We are committed to empowering homeowners to generate their own clean energy, store it for later use, and reduce their electricity bills with our all-in-one energy storage systems. This collaboration combines Delta’s prowess in high-efficiency power electronics and in system integration with LG Energy Solution’s U.S.-made battery technology to address the growing demand for integrated solar energy and storage in the United States.”
Hyung Kim, Head of ESS Battery Division at LG Energy Solution, said, “We are excited to join forces with Delta Electronics to unlock the full potential of the U.S. residential hybrid inverter market. Our combined strengths will deliver U.S.-made, cost-competitive, highly efficient solar and storage solutions that empower homeowners and support critical national sustainability goals.”
Delta’s All-in-One Box will be a compact, fully integrated home energy solution that combines inverter and battery to store power from solar or the grid for day and night use. The system features 6 MPPTs and a 15.95 kWh storage capacity, ensuring dependable electricity for homes, even during prolonged outages. With the flexibility to support off-grid living, peak load shifting, and electricity bill savings, Delta’s All-in-One Box will offer a reliable and cost-effective solution for homeowners seeking energy security.

The U.S. residential energy market is undergoing a significant transformation, with homeowners increasingly seeking integrated solutions that combine solar power generation with reliable energy storage. This trend is driven by a desire for energy independence, cost savings, and resilience against grid outages. By combining advanced battery technology with high-efficiency solar inverters, Delta and LG Energy Solution are delivering a market-ready solution designed to meet the growing demand for sustainable, reliable, and future-proof home energy systems.
