The CXL Memory Module delivers a single 64GB capacity and up to 32GB/s bandwidth. It is designed for flexible and cost-effective expansion in server systems. It enables "memory resource sharing" by using memory pooling technology. It also uses a PCIe interface to overcome the bandwidth limits of traditional memory channels.

The DDR5 Air/Immersive Dual Cooling Memory is designed to work in different cooling environments. It features a unique fin design that covers all heat-generating components with thermal materials.
