Tezmaksan to exhibit at JIMTOF 2024
Tezmaksan will participate in JIMTOF 2024, the 32nd Japan International Machine Tool Fair, showcasing the latest advancements in machine tools and automation technology at Tokyo Big Sight.
From stand S3097, Tezmaksan will be showcasing the CubeBOX Space Cabinet, a cutting-edge robotic automation system designed for CNC machine tending. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience firsthand how Tezmaksan’s innovations, particularly the CubeBOX system, can significantly enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce downtime and provide unparalleled flexibility.
The CubeBOX Space Cabinet is specifically designed for tending lathes and vertical machining centres. It offers a compact, mobile design that ensures maximum efficiency with a minimal footprint. The system features a 7 kg, 6-axis robot that enables precise and efficient part handling, even in demanding production environments.
The Space Cabinet is equipped with five standard drawers, each measuring 400 x 600 mm, allowing for non-stop operation while loading and unloading. Its integration is streamlined with RoboCAM, Tezmaksan’s own software that facilitates quick and easy setup without the need for specialised robot programming knowledge.
