As the former owner of Hayes Chemical Group, a consulting firm specializing in small and medium-sized chemical companies, Dr. Hayes provided critical services in plant start-up, operations management, and the design and implementation of management systems, among other areas.

Before joining Trucent, Dr. Hayes served as Vice President and General Manager at PMC Group, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in transitioning the company's oleochemical business strategy. Dr. Hayes' career has been marked by significant contributions to the chemical industry, driving growth and innovation throughout his various roles. His expertise is an asset to Trucent as the company continues to lead the way in sustainable oleochemical solutions.
