STAGEMAKER SR1

STAGEMAKER SR, Verlinde's "show" hoist range, now boasts the STAGEMAKER SR1, a version for small loads of up to 250kg with one fall (500 kg with 2 falls). Very light in weight (10.5 kg) and very compact, STAGEMAKER SR1 can be easily inserted in a 12" aluminium steel girder. Fitted as standard with a double brake system, it integrates the CHAINFlux ^® special chain guide, the Perfect Push ^® patented hoist load wheel, and protective rubber pads on the hook blocks.

STAGEMAKER SR1 with double brake, up to 250 kg with one fall

STAGEMAKER SR1 is the ideal solution for attachment points taking loads up to 250 kg. Even with 2 brakes, its high degree of compactness (L 344 x W 153 x H 100), allows it to easily integrate a 30 cm square aluminium girder and thus obviate the need for a space above the beam while improving on the aesthetic appeal of decors. Its ergonomic design, black in colour, enables it to fit in well with its environment especially with grid lighting systems. Furthermore, the very low operating sound level (50 dB) makes it almost inaudible when in use during performances.

STAGEMAKER SR1 is available with speeds of 4m/min in three-phase configuration and 3m/min in single phase. Each model is available with A, B and S versions. The A version refers to motors with direct voltage control. The B version refers to motors with low voltage control and finally the S version refers to single-phase. The rated load with 1 chain fall enables this hoist to be marketed as D8 for loads up to 125 kg.

STAGEMAKER SR 1 is fitted with best-in-class safety features to comply with current standards and regulations. It is delivered as standard equipped with a double hoist brake thus providing direct D8+ compatibility. What is more, it includes a new and unique hoist load wheel concept in the STAGEMAKER SR range with a chain drive using intermediary teeth, marketed as "Perfect Push ^®", together with the "CHAINFlux ^® MKII" chain guide system. With the new torque limiter, the positioning of the clutch system in the gear box ensures the load is securely held by the brake whatever the operating conditions of the equipment. Fitted with the electric Limitflux type limit switch as standard on the B version, operator safety in maximum upper and lower positions of the hook is ensured.


The field of application for STAGEMAKER SR is widened still further with the SR1 in order to best meet needs using 1 chain fall: SR1 for loads up to 250kg, SR2 to 320kg, SR5 to500kg, SR10 to 1000kg, and SR25 to 2500kg.
