FAULHABER DC-Micromotors Series 3272… CR

In launching Series 3272… CR, FAULHABER has set a new standard within the category of DCMicromotors with graphite commutation. Incorporating premium-quality materials and produced with the help of cutting-edge process technology, the highly robust and durable miniature drive boasts torque of up to 120 mNm while measuring just 32 mm in diameter and 72 mm in length.

Its exceptional performance is down to the advanced System FAULHABER ironless stator coil, which is integral to the overall design. At a nominal voltage of between 12V and 48V, it delivers high torque and also ensures that the slope of the n/M curve remains extremely flat – while reducing the total weight of the DC-Micromotor to just 312 grams.

Based on FAULHABER's modular design concept, the miniature drive can be equipped with a threechannel encoder – also available in a Linedriver design – and combined with a tailor-made range of precision gearheads. The FAULHABER Speed Controller SC 5008 or the Motion Controller MCDC 3006 can be used to control the micromotor's speed or to manage it when deployed as a positioning drive.
