Support for Blackboard® Vista significant new feature in Maple T.A. ™ 5.0

Maplesoft™ announced the release of the next version of its popular testing and assessment tool. With a spectrum of new features, Maple T.A. 5.0, released globally, is expected to significantly enhance flexibility and performance of content management, as well as simplify system administration. Maple T.A. is an easy-to-use web-based system for creating tests and assignments, automatically assessing student responses and performance.

The new product includes a completely new question management model which provides increased flexibility when organizing questions. This new model also provides greatly improved performance when loading and saving questions, and an extremely simple process for sharing content with colleagues. This enables instructors to assemble assignments more quickly and reuse questions more effectively.

With Maple T.A. 5.0, connectivity to Blackboard software has been expanded to include support for Blackboard Vista/CE (formerly WebCT). Using the Blackboard Connector, Maple T.A. can be integrated into the institution’s course management system.
