Hysys Office 5.25
Hysys Office 5.25 is the first water circulation solution for the services market to incorporate heating, summer comfort and air quality functions. Entirely modular, most of its components are proven standard items from the CIAT range. This means that more than a hundred different versions can be produced, tailored to each specific configuration at optimum cost. Fully upgradeable, Hysys Office 5.25 is available in three comfort versions and offers the best environmental performance.
Hysys Office 5.25 is a complete system including a heat pump, comfort units with individual controls, a ventilation unit and a Hysys Control BMS (Building Management System). Hysys Office 5.25 is designed to control areas from 500 to 2500 sq. m, with 5 zones and 25 work stations. This solution is assembled using standard CIAT subassemblies as building blocks, selected to provide an optimum match for each application. This enables Hysys Office 5.25 to offer more than a hundred different versions. CIAT has developed dedicated configuration aid software which, in just a few minutes, automatically defines the entire system starting from the requirement specification.
Hysys Office 5.25 is an entirely modular solution. In new-build or renovation, a customized overall solution can be designed according to the configurations and the needs of the future occupants. First of all, in the case of new spaces delivered unequipped, Hysys Office adapts to any partitioning configuration. Secondly, when upgrading existing spaces, the flexibility of the system and the use of water as vector make it very easy to add, remove or group comfort units. Lastly, in renovation, it adapts to all existing configurations, with or without suspended ceilings.
The Hysys Office 5.25 solution has outstanding ecological performance. It consumes less energy because of the thermal mixing and stability of water, which reduces the energy cost of conveying calories. This means that the system consumes less for a given level of comfort. Furthermore, Hysys Office 5.25 places the only refrigerant charge in the heat pump, outside the building. There are no toxicity risks for the occupants in the event of leakage (standards 378). With a two-fold lower refrigerant charge for the system as a whole, Hysys Office 5.25 also substantially reduces the CO2 footprint of the building. Hysys Office 5.25 is also a valuable ally in RT 2010 energy efficiency implementation (50 kW/m2/year). The software developed by CIAT simulates the energy expenditure of the future building from the design phase.
Hysys Office 5.25 is available in three versions or packs: comfort, HEE comfort, and High Environmental Performance. While the entry-level comfort pack has the lowest acquisition cost, the HEE version features particularly low operating costs, obtained through the use of HEE (High Energy Efficiency) subassemblies providing energy savings of up to 85%. In particular, the HEE Comfort pack has HEE fan motors and impellers, together with Aquaciat Grand Inverter heat pumps. These pumps are able to match the energy supplied exactly to the demand, through the use of a new variable-power compressor, thus optimizing efficiency. The High Environmental Performance pack also incorporates the Epure air treatment function, Coanda-effect comfort units (optimized air distribution in the room) and electronic control of the fresh air flow rate. Epure cleans the indoor air by means of high-performance filtration in the comfort units. It is the fruit of CIAT expertise developed for healthcare facilities. Transposed to offices, it reduces particulate levels and contributes to the well-being of the occupants.
