Reduce energy costs while maintaining productivity

The Stabilizer ST4531, ST4521, and ST4321 end mills are engineered to perform at lower cutting forces and improve chip control, making them ideal for both conventional and high-speed milling strategies. By reducing power demand, the tools help manufacturers run efficiently even on machines with limited spindle capacity, lowering energy costs while maintaining productivity and surface quality.

Designed to machine aluminum efficiently and smoothly
Designed to minimize vibration and chatter, the tools feature a cylindrical margin, polished K-Land, and a specialized coating that reduces material adhesion. These design elements support smoother finishes, improved chip evacuation, and longer tool life when machining aluminum.

The Stabilizer range covers multiple applications, including side milling, slotting, profiling, plunging, ramping, and helical interpolation. Available in square, radius, chamfer, and ballnose geometries, the tools offer flexibility for aerospace, automotive, and general engineering applications involving nonferrous metals.

“Many manufacturers struggle with power limitations when machining aluminum,” says Logan Walz, Product Manager for Milling at Seco. “With the Stabilizer™ Series, we focused on reducing cutting pressure and improving stability so customers can run faster, more efficient processes using fewer tools.”
