The series is characterized by its rugged polyamide (PA6) housing. Not only is this material highly impact-resistant, but it also resists the carbonization that otherwise causes conductive paths and provides the wiring devices with exceptional anti-tracking properties. Other important safety features include color coding and keyed alignment to ensure dangerous mismates do not occur. Additional highlights of the product family include:
