The solution enables separation and reconnection of pressure or differential pressure transmitters without interrupting ongoing processes, supporting maintenance and verification in continuous industrial operations.

Design for safe disconnection under process conditions
REconnect is installed between the transmitter and the process connection. It allows capillary systems to be disconnected quickly and without leakage, even at pressurized measuring points. The system prevents loss of filling fluid and avoids contamination caused by air ingress, maintaining measurement integrity.

The coupling mechanism is based on a two-piece ball valve design. In the closed state, both sides remain hydraulically connected and locked. When opened, the system allows axial separation while maintaining pressure-tight sealing on both sides.
