The injector supports 10/100/1000/2.5G/5G/10GBase-T over a single RJ45 copper interface while supplying up to 95 W of power compliant with IEEE 802.3bt PoE++. This enables single-cable deployment for devices such as 5GbE and 10GbE machine vision cameras, high-resolution PTZ IP surveillance cameras with infrared illumination, and Wi-Fi 6/7 access points that demand both high data rates and elevated power levels.

Direct AC input simplifies installation
Unlike many industrial PoE injectors that require an external DC supply, the INJ-0201X-bt-AC-95-T integrates an AC power input via an IEC C14 connector. It accepts 85–264 VAC, allowing direct connection to standard mains infrastructure. This removes the need for separate DC power supplies or converters and reduces the number of components in control cabinets and enclosures.
For facilities with readily available AC distribution, this design can simplify deployment and maintenance by avoiding the need to provision specific DC voltages such as 12 V, 24 V, 48 V, or 55 V.
Designed for wide-temperature industrial operation
The unit is built for operation in extended temperature ranges from –40°C to 75°C (–40°F to 167°F), supporting outdoor enclosures and unconditioned industrial spaces. An IP40-rated metal enclosure provides protection against solid objects, while mechanical design options support both DIN-rail and wall mounting.
These characteristics make the injector suitable for factory floors, warehouses, transportation infrastructure, and other environments where vibration, dust, and temperature variation are common.
