COREX ONE - What if you could see inside your parts? All the power of 3D tomography, as simple as a profile projector

Looking inside a part as if it were transparent. See the interior walls, the porosity, the critical dimensions — without cutting, without destroying, without preparing any samples. Those who work in tomography do it every day. With COREX ONE, the line operator can now do the same.

THE MACHINE
COREX ONE is an industrial tomography system designed to operate in the workshop. Compact, self-shielded layout: no bunkers, no dedicated rooms, no additional shielding.
It is installed directly in production.
Unlike traditional laboratory CTs, loading takes place from above, a solution that reduces the footprint on the ground and simplifies operations. The interface is designed for shop floor operators. The cycle is performed by pressing a physical button. Measurements are obtained in a few seconds in an automatic and objective way.
A highly optimized product, with a price/performance ratio never seen before.

AS POWERFUL AS A TOMOGRAPH, AS EASY AS A PROFILE PROJECTOR
How can a powerful 3D tomography software be used in the workshop? How to avoid expensive training for operators?

The real revolution is in the software.

Corex ONE provides an experience as easy and intuitive to use as using a profile projector.

The outcome of each measure is of the traffic light type, to dispel any doubts and to avoid unnecessary reading.

The graphical display for operators is two-dimensional in sections.

When the operator clicks on a measurement, he is shown the trend of this dimension over time and a two-dimensional view as if he were working on a profile projector.
Immediately the operator will be aware of what he is measuring and if that share in production is drifting: a valuable signal to correct the process before the line starts producing waste.

How was it possible to make tomography simple?
In the programming phase, you define origins and references directly on the acquired three-dimensional volume or on an STL file. A plane, a cylinder, a point — often coincident with significant elements of the process, such as a molding plane or a draft direction. Virtual cut planes are created on these references. On these planes, the dimensions to be checked are set, with their respective tolerances.

The result?
The line operator sees all the dimensions found on the screen, accompanied by a two-dimensional section, just as he would do with a profile projector. Same logic, same immediacy, but with automatic and objective results. It doesn't matter if it's internal or external parts, each section is extracted automatically, with the same precision, in a few seconds.

A tomograph as easy as a profile projector.

All internal and external dimensions in a single screen, with traffic light and histogram results.
At a glance, the operator sees not only if the part is good or reject, but also if that size follows a drift trend
Instant, ready-to-print reports: useful for certifying quality, for setup at the beginning of the shift, for batch changeover.
Immediate control of external porosity.
Comparison of surfaces with color map.

WHO IS IT FOR?
COREX ONE is designed for manufacturers: plastic molders, aluminum, rubber, glass, carbon fiber, titanium, light alloys. For those who produce gaskets and extruded profiles — aluminum, rubber, plastics — and today check them by cutting samples with extreme care. COREX ONE eliminates sample preparation: you put down the profile, press Start, see the section on the screen with all the dimensions configured.

For those who carry out molding — die-casting, plastic injection — and must check for the absence of porosity, internal cavities, blowouts that could compromise the seal or mechanical resistance. The defect search is automatic: discrimination by size, volumetric display, no subjectivity.

For those who handle frequent lot changes: COREX ONE becomes the setup tool — a quick check at the beginning of the shift, and the line starts again with the certainty that the critical dimensions are in the correct ranges.
