TagMe

The innovation behind the TagMe point-of-sale personalization solution lies in its easy-to-use, user friendly software, which is fully adapted to any client’s needs: in just 5 steps, any item from the client’s product range can be engraved. Each client will have their own personalized interface developed by the Gravograph team, with a preset library of the client’s engravable product line.

APF: Automatic Plate Feeding

Automatic Plate Feeding is a cost-effective and precise engraving technique for batches of machine plates, tags & ID plates. It is an easy-to-install accessory that works with CO2 laser & rotary engraving technology (LS100, LS100 EX, M40DV & IS400.) The APF feeds tags into the engraver automatically; no operator intervention required. It can hold a 6” stack of plates ranging from .020” up to .130” in thickness, with maximum dimensions of 4.7” x 3.9”. APF is ideal for use in a high-volume production environment.

GravoplyTM Laser: an all-in-one solution for your laser and rotary engravings

GravoplyTM Laser is the new range of materials for interior signage applications available from Gravograph. Suitable for use on both laser and rotary engraving machines, GravoplyTM Laser is the most extensive material range on the market, with close to 80 product items. It is also a low-cost solution, as Gravograph passes volume savings onto its customers. The savings are the result of Gravograph’s ability to manufacture for global distribution, in support of a base of more than 100,000 installed machines worldwide. In just a few months Gravoply™ Laser has become a new staple in the Gravograph material product line.

LS100 EX YAG

GRAVOGRAPH, the world leader for laser engraving solutions, announces the launch of its new laser solution for marking on metals and plastics: the LS100EX YAG. Made up of a platform that can house an object with a maximum volume of 610 x 305 x 145 mm, coupled with a YAG 12W source, it presents the particular advantage of being able to mark hard or reflecting materials (black or stainless steel, etc.) as well as classic materials. The LS100EX YAG is aimed at applications involving personalization of objects (business gifts, trophies, etc.) and technical marking applications for industrial parts (tools, name plates, instrumentation, metal parts, etc.).

IS 900

Gravograph’s new mechanical engraving machine provides many new functions, including ‘point and shoot’ and handling of strips without length limits. IS 900 is designed for flat engraving of identification plates or cutting and engraving of sheets of any material, including aluminium.

The GRAVOGRAPH continuous improvement discipline

Gravograph has boosted product and service quality in the US, following a major improvement program. It initiated the program to fully satisfy the demands of its 60,000 US customers – who place 65,000 orders every year, from a range of more than 5,000 different products. The results are rewarding: an 80% increase of fulfilled call status for technical support, and the number of Returned Goods (RGA’s) has been cut by 85% over the last three years.

iQ+

The new iQ+ electronic monitoring and control system, developed specifically by Gravograph for its range of engraving machines, increases their speed by up to 50%. iQ+ also enables new functions to be provided, including secure control of additional accessories, the “Point n’Shoot” positioning aid and automatic integration of the latest Gravograph innovation for producing Braille in signage. iQ+ is fitted as standard to Gravograph’s M and IS series machines manufactured since March 2009.
