Elesa+Ganter is a global joint venture between ELESA S.p.A. (Italy) and Otto Ganter GmbH & Co. KG (Germany), combining over 50 years of expertise to offer the widest range of standard machine elements for the mechanical industry. Their product portfolio includes handwheels, clamping levers, hinges, leveling feet, and handles, all designed with a focus on functionality and unique design. Elesa+Ganter operates through subsidiaries in countries like Austria, Spain, Poland, China, Czech Republic, India, Turkey, and Netherlands, ensuring local availability and technical support. The company emphasizes innovation, customized solutions, and rapid delivery, catering to diverse industrial applications worldwide.
With the latches GN 1150 in Hygienic Design, Elesa+Ganter provides support for the machine and system cleaning concept known as clean in place, or CIP for short.
Mobility in industrial environments can significantly affect people’s health and safety in the workplace on the one hand and efficiency and productivity on the other. ELESA+GANTER's diversified range of industrial wheels caters to different sectors.
In tool and fixture manufacturing, quick workpiece changes are generally required even when space is tight. For such situations, Elesa+Ganter offers the down-thrust clamp as a new, compact and – above all – universal clamping element. With a clamping arm that swivels away to the side, workpieces can be fixed in the correct position quickly and securely without getting in the way.
Lockable standard parts are increasingly common in machine and plant construction, but they are also used in event hardware for locking and securing a variety of parts. Elesa+Ganter is now expanding its range of indexing elements to include the lockable stainless steel indexing plungers GN 814. The integrated closing mechanism protects against unauthorized or accidental operation.
However unassuming they appear, their range of applications is enormous: guide rollers with ball bearings achieve smooth and dynamic movements. Ganter is setting new standards with the guide roller generation GN 753.1.
Ergonomic and compact, with a technopolymer certified selfextinguishing UL-94 V0 body and a monostable safety switch that ensures proper interruption of the power supply circuit, the new M.2000-SWM handle ensures maximum protection for the operator.
KELLER (www.e-keller.pl) – A Polish company based in Dąbrówka – specialized in the production of machines for industrial printing processes for various sectors, costumer of the subsidiaries Elesa+Ganter Polska, was looking for a solution: a handle which allows the manual extraction of the heating plate (which reaches a temperature of 250°C), used for heating the moulds, without having to wait for long cooling times.
Many things that hardly draw notice are nevertheless of elementary importance within the overall context. For example, it would be hard to conceive building jigs without side thrust pins to hold parts – which is precisely why Elesa+Ganter developed the series GN 415. They are more compact and adaptable than the previous versions.
